Description: This template is used to create a link to start a new discussion. It is especially useful in areas that newbies commonly frequent.
Syntax: Type talkcreate wherever you wish the link to appear. You can add an optional second parameter to change the link text.
Sample output: {{talkcreate}} gives...; Start a new discussion!; {{talkcreate|Spout your views!}} gives...; Spout your views!
